Once we receive the Building Permit, we're approved to begin building your home!

Construction begins! Get ready - things will start moving fast. First, we'll get the footings poured and begin the rough plumbing.

Next, your home begins to take shape as we place the Foundation.

Framing goes up at this point! Is it starting to look like a real house yet?

Now we'll start getting into the details. Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical will be installed at this point.

It's time to install the Drywall! We're starting to see the finish line.

Remember those details you picked out in the Design Studio? Now they're getting put in place! Get excited as Cabinets and Interior Trim Work are added.

Let's get colorful! It's time to add the Paint and Stain.

In this step, we'll put your new Flooring in place. Your house is looking gorgeous already.

Time for the final touches! Our team goes through the home to take care of the Final Trim and Detail.

In your Owner Orientation, we walk you through your new home.

With the Orientation Follow Up, we make sure your questions are completely taken care of and you're ready to move in.

In the Final Mortgage Confirmation step, your lender walks through your approved mortgage.
