The creativity inside our Design Studio is currently on full display with our Redbud Design Challenge. What happens when two Simmons Homes design teams take on the same floor plan in the same gated community? Two very different dreams. Led by designers Lori and Adrianne, each team is bringing a unique vision to life using selections from our Design Studio. The homes are under construction now, with a big reveal and public voting coming soon.

At the Simmons Homes Design Studio, you will be able to create the home you have always wanted, with the features that will best enhance your life style. Not only do our homebuyers have the convenience of "one stop shopping", but they also have a Design Consultant to guide them through the selection process, simplifying the multitude of decisions to be made.

Design sessions are scheduled in advance and typically require 2-4 hours to complete and will be scheduled within 10 days of securing financing.
